DIPLOMATS OF CIRCASSIA PROGRAM

Human Rights Summit.JPG

Currently, Circassian nation is not represented by any state in the international area. Being under the Russian Federation sovereignty is creating barriers to solve or to discuss national problems. Furthermore, RF is creating vital problems itself which threaten Circassian nation's existence.

Although, Circassian nation struggles with countless vital problems and should seek support from international bodies, It is widely observed that world nations are not aware of Circassian nation and the location of Circassia in an adequate manner. Being unfamilier to the international bodies creates a representation problem.

Circassian nation does not have adequate people to attend international debates and have contact with international bodies. Additionally, Circassian nation is not aware of its fundamental rights enough, which cannot be denied or ignored and does not know types of advocacies for these rights.

In this regard, it is essential to have diplomats or representatives to convey vital problems to the international system's agenda, in order to discuss the problems and seek support for solutions.

Diplomats of Circassia program is designed to solve the representation problem of Circassian nation. Various courses will be given to volunteers to increase their knowledge and awareness of the national problems, fundamental human rights, and the ways of advocacies.

HUMAN RIGHTS TRAINING

Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that every person is entitled to, simply because they are human. These rights are enshrined in various international treaties, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and form the foundation of modern society. However, despite their importance, many people remain unaware of their rights and how to protect them. That is why human rights training is such an essential component of creating a just and equitable world.

Human rights training covers a broad range of topics, including the history of human rights, the legal framework that protects these rights, and strategies for advocating and enforcing them. It also encompasses the various areas where human rights are most frequently violated, such as discrimination, gender-based violence, and political repression. Through human rights training, individuals learn how to recognize and address these violations, both in their personal lives and on a broader societal level.

One of the most critical aspects of human rights training is its role in promoting social justice. By educating people about their rights and how to defend them, human rights training empowers individuals to take action against systemic injustices. It also helps create a culture of accountability, where those who violate human rights are held responsible for their actions.

Another important benefit of human rights training is its ability to promote inclusion and diversity. By educating people about the importance of respecting different cultures, religions, and lifestyles, human rights training helps foster a society that celebrates differences rather than discriminating against them. This creates a more harmonious and peaceful world where everyone is free to be themselves.

Human rights training also plays a crucial role in promoting democracy and good governance. By teaching people about their rights and the responsibilities of those in power, human rights training helps create a society where people are active participants in shaping their own destiny. It also helps promote transparency and accountability in government institutions, ensuring that those in power are held to the highest ethical standards.

In conclusion, human rights training is an essential tool for promoting a just, equitable, and peaceful society. It provides individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to protect their rights, advocate for social justice, and promote diversity and inclusion. By investing in human rights training, we can create a better world for ourselves and future generations.

SELF-DETERMINATION

Self-determination is the right of a people to determine their own political status and pursue their own economic, social, and cultural development. It is a fundamental human right that has been recognized by the United Nations since 1960, when the General Assembly adopted the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples. This historic document declared that all peoples have the right to self-determination, and called on colonial powers to grant independence to their colonies without delay.

The principle of self-determination is a fundamental human right that was recognized by the United Nations in 1960. It refers to the right of all people to freely determine their political status, pursue their economic, social, and cultural development, and control their natural resources without external interference. This right is based on the belief that all people have the right to choose their own destiny and exercise their own autonomy.

Self-determination is enshrined in several international human rights instruments, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. It is also a core principle of international law, which recognizes the sovereignty of all nations and peoples.

Despite its widespread recognition, the principle of self-determination is not always respected in practice. Many groups, including indigenous peoples, ethnic and religious minorities, and communities living under occupation or colonization, continue to face discrimination, marginalization, and oppression, and are denied the opportunity to exercise their right to self-determination.

To ensure the protection and promotion of the principle of self-determination, it is important for governments and international bodies to work together to create an environment in which all people can freely exercise their right to self-determination. This includes addressing issues such as discrimination, oppression, and marginalization, and creating opportunities for marginalized groups to participate in decision-making processes that affect their lives.

In conclusion, the principle of self-determination is a fundamental human right that is recognized by the United Nations and international law. It is essential for the protection and promotion of human rights and the dignity of all peoples. While there is still much work to be done to ensure that all groups are able to exercise their right to self-determination, the recognition of this right is an important step towards achieving a more just and equitable world.

INTERNATIONAL BODIES

International bodies play a crucial role in protecting and promoting human rights and self-determination around the world. Some key organizations include the United Nations, which has developed a range of human rights instruments and bodies focused specifically on human rights and self-determination, as well as the International Criminal Court, which prosecutes individuals who commit international crimes. Additionally, there are many other organizations focused on specific areas, such as the rights of indigenous peoples, refugees, and migrants. These organizations work to ensure that people everywhere are able to enjoy their human rights and exercise their right to self-determination.
